Antibiotic Prophylaxis Against Infective Endocarditis

Antibiotic Prophylaxis Against Infective Endocarditis aims to provide clear and practical advice for dentists on how to implement NICE Clinical Guideline 64 and provide appropriate care for patients at increased risk of infective endocarditis.  The implementation advice is also of relevance to patients and the medical professionals involved in their care. A draft of this implementation advice was available for a short consultation period. Thank you to all those who have accessed the consultation draft and to those who have provided feedback.

The feedback received is now being collated and will be reviewed to inform amendments to the implementation advice prior to its publication.
